마ㅏㅇ대교 경상남도 동부와 서부를 연결하는 교량. 연장:1.7km. 일일 통행량:47,744대.규격:왕복 4차선 사장교

광주 제2순환도로(제1구간 및 제3-1구간).광주광역시의 동서를 연결하는 순환도로의 주요 구간. 연장:5.6km(제1구간) 및 3.5km(제3-1구간) 일일 통행량 : 69,004(제1구간) 및 64,515(제3-1구간) 규격, 왕복 6차선 도로

천안-논산 고속모로 충청남도 천안과 논산을 연결하는 국내 최대 규모의 유료도로 연장 : 81km 일일 통행량 : 58,819대 규격 : 왕복 4차선 도로

용인-서울 고속도로 경부고속도로 수원-서울 양재 구간의 교통체증을 완화시키는 대체도로 연장 : 22.9km 일일 통행량 : 94,231대 규격: 왕복 4-6차선 도로

인천국제공항 고속도로 인천국제공항과 서울을 연결하는 고속도로 연장 : 38.2km 일일 통행량 : 126,089대 규격 : 왕복 6-8차선 도로

인천-김포 고속도로 수도권 제2외곽순환 고속도로 중 인천광역시 중구와 경기도 김포시를 잇는 구간 연장 : 28.9km 일일 통행량 : 56,494대 규격 :왕복 4-6차선 도로

인천대교 서울과 인천국제공항을 연결하는 국내 최장 교량 연장 : 12.3km 일일 통행량 : 74,108대 규격 : 왕복 6차선 사장교

서울-춘천 고속도로 서울과 강원도를 직접 연결하는 고속도로 연장 : 61.4km 일일 통행량 : 64,823대 규격 : 왕복 4-6차선 도로

우면산터널 우면산을 관통하여 서울의 남부와 과천, 안양을 적접 연결하는 터널 연장 : 3km 일일 통행량 : 29,434대 규격 : 왕복 4차선 터널

백양터널 부산의 도심과 인근 주요 지역을 연결하는 터널 연장 : 2.3km 일일 통행량 : 69,590대 규격 : 왕복 4차선 터널

수정산터널 부산의 도심과 인근 주요 지역을 연결하는 또 다른 터널 연장 : 2.3km 일일 통행량 : 47,498대 규격 : 왕복 4차선 터널

현재 공사 중인 동부간선도로 지하화 사업은 2029년 개통을 목표로 건설이 진행중입니다.

개통 후에는 지상의 상습 정체구간을 대체하고 서울 동부권의 핵심 교통로로 자리잡은 것으로 기대됩니다

부산항 신항 2-3단계는 총 면적 84만 제곱미터 규모로

연간 최대 300만 TEU의 컨테이너를 처리할 수 있는 부산 신항을 대표하는 컨테이너 항만 입니다

2024년 기준으로 총 981척의 선박이 기항하였은며 268만 TEU의 컨테이너를 처리하며 대한민국 경제 발전과 국제 무역 활성화에 기여하고 있습니다

맥쿼리인프라가 투자한 도시가스 및 에너지 사업으로는

해양에너지 서라벌도시가드 씨엔씨티에너지가 있으며

광주광역시 전라남도 경상북도 대전광역시에 지정된 공급권역 내 다수의 가정과 사업장에게

연간 약 16억 입방미터의 도시가스 13만 Mhw의 전력 47만 Gcal의 열 68만 톤의 스팀을 공급하며

해당 지역의 핵심 인프라 시설로 자리매김하였습니다

총 16개의 정거장으로 구성된 동북선 도시철도는

2026년 개통을 목표로 공사가 진행 중입니다

개통 후에는 서울의 9개 주요 도시철도 노선과 연결되며

매일 약 21만 3천 명의 이용자에게

효율적이고 신속한 교통 수단을 제공할 것으로 예상됩니다

2024년에 인수한 하남 데이터센터는

서울 수도권에 위치한 하이퍼스케일급 시설로

총 용량은 40MW, 목표 IT Load는 25.44MW입니다

이 데이터센터는 외부 임차인에게 공간을 임대하는 코로케이션 방식으로 운영되며

우수한 입지와 안정적인 전력 및 통신망을 기반으로

늘어나는 국내 데이터 소비량에 적극적으로 대응하고 있습니다

20 infrastructure assets invested by MKIF

serve the needs of their users across various parts of Korea.

First, 13 operating roads have a total length of 280 kilometers,

and together serve over 270 million users annually.

These include:

Seoul East Underground Expressway is under construction,

with the operational commencement targeted for 2029

The underground expressway is expected to alleviate

the heavy congestion above ground

and become a competitive means of transportation

in the northeastern part of Seoul.

Busan New Port Phase 2-3

is the leading container terminal in the Busan New Port,

with an area of 840,000 square meters

and an annual handling capacity of 3 million TEUs

In 2024, the terminal served 981 vessels

and handled 2.68 million TEUs of containers,

contributing to the economic growth of Korea

and facilitating international trade.

Haeyang Energy

Sorabol City Gas

and CNCITY Energy

are the city gas and energy businesses invested by MKIF.

In 2024,

they collectively supplied 1.6 billion cubic meters of city gas,

130,000 megawatt hours of electricity,

470,000 giga calories of heat

and 680,000 tons of steam

to residential and industrial users in Gwangju City,

Jeollanam-do,

Gyeongsangbuk-do and Daejeon City,

serving as the key infrastructure providers

in the designated regions.

Dongbuk Rail is a 16-station rail system under construction,

with the operational commencement targeted for 2026.

Upon operation, it will be connected

to 9 other metro systems in Seoul,

and offer an efficient and competitive means of transportation

to 213,000 users every day.

Hanam Data Center, acquired in 2024,

is a hyperscale data center

located in the Seoul metropolitan area

with a total capacity of 40 megawatts

and the target IT load of 25.44 megawatts.

As a colocation facility,

Hanam Data Center operates by renting out space to tenants,

and it aims to meet the growing demand for data consumption

in Korea with its locational advantage,

stable electricity grid and strong network connection.
